TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT :Currently, I’m only accepting payments through PayPal and Ko-Fi.I have a 50/50 paying method. After discussing with the client, i’ll make a sketch. If everything looks alright I’ll ask for 50% of the total amount. I will not continue the commission unless i receive the pay.I’ll ask for the rest of the payment after finishing the art. The final artwork will be sent in full quality and without watermark after the full payment has been received.PROCESS :After receiving 50% of the payment, I’ll continue working on the commission! I’ll send updates during important stages such as:✦ cleaner sketch / lineart
✦ base colors
✦ rendering progressPlease provide clear references for your character/idea whenever possible! Visual references help me work more accurately and efficiently :3You will receive the finished artwork within 1–3 weeks depending on my workload (sometimes earlier if I have extra time :]).I usually avoid giving myself exact deadlines because they stress me out, but I still keep track of time and always try my best to finish commissions in a reasonable timeframe.If a deadline is really needed, it must be discussed beforehand.If there are any delays, I will let you know through DMs!The final artwork will be received through gmail, for maximum quality !REFUNDS :✦ 100% refund when I’m unable to finish the commission.✦ 50% refund after i’ve started lineart.✦ NO refund after i’ve started coloring/rendering.REVISIONS :✦ unlimited minor revisions in any phase for free !
✦ unlimited major revisions during sketch phase for free !
✦ 3 free major revisions during lineart, coloring or rendering phase.
